PHYSICAL

1) Exercise- Power Kickboxing helps to keep ones body in shape through physical fitness. Exercise is a very important key to staying healthy.

2) Strength- Through exercise and self discipline we grow strong and healthy. Without strength a person cannot truly defend themselves.

3) Coordination- Power Kickboxing develops hand eye coordination. This is useful in all parts of a persons life.

4) Stamina- Through proper exercise we ae able to build our bodies so that we can push our bodies for longer periods of time.

5) Flexibility - As we grow older our bosy begins to grow tigter and more constricted but proper stretching can slow this process down to keep us from getting stiff and unable to move freely.

MENTAL

6) Confidence- Through self defense techniques and praise Power Kickboxing can help you feel better about yourself and more confident.

7) Awareness - Awareness is knowing what Is going on around you or knowing what is right from wrong or good from bad. Power Kickboxing helps to know these things and make good decisions.

8) Self Control - Through structure and discipline we train our mind to control our body.

9) Respect - Proper protocol and etiquette teachs us to always have respect for ourselves and others.

10) Leadership - Teaching and helping others helps us grow as leaders inside and outside of the school.
